How do you book a K-pop artist for an event?

Send an event brief with the event type, date, country and the artist you want. We check who you are, contact the artist's official agency, and share their written offer.

The process has four steps. First, submit a brief — tell us the event, date, place, size and your budget or budget range. Second, we confirm you and that the event is real. Third, we send an official inquiry to the artist's agency in Korea. We do not promise anything before they answer. Fourth, you receive the agency's written offer and terms. You decide whether to move forward with a booking.

How far in advance should you contact us?

As early as possible. Tours and comebacks are planned months ahead, so a date range or a backup date helps when you contact us.

Management schedules touring and major commitments months in advance. The earlier you contact us, the better your chances of finding availability. If you have a specific date range or can offer a backup date, include that in your brief — it increases the chances that an artist with your preferred type will be available.

Which kinds of events can book K-pop artists?

Concerts, festivals, corporate events, brand activations, university events, fan meetings, club shows, and private events. Agencies check the organizer's track record and event type before saying yes.

K-pop artists perform at concerts, festivals, corporate events, brand activations, university events, fan meetings, club shows, and private gatherings. Agencies review the organizer's history and the nature of the event. They ask: Is the event real and professionally managed? Does the stage setup and security match the artist's needs? Will the audience be appropriate? Is the event legal and reputable? When you submit your brief, include a link to a past event you organized if possible — it helps the agency understand your track record.

What does a booking include, and what do I arrange?

The artist's performance. Travel, accommodation, local transport, stage, sound, security, visas and local taxes sit with the organizer, and we can arrange production, travel and visas if you ask. The agency's offer states who covers what.

A booking covers the artist's performance. Everything around it sits with the organizer: the artist's travel and accommodation, local transport, stage and lighting (usually set out in a technical rider), sound, security, visas or work permits, and any local taxes and fees. If you want help, we can also arrange production and staging, travel and visas. The agency's written offer states what is included and who pays for what. Read it carefully before you commit.

How do we know if our budget is realistic?

Tell us your budget and the event details. We confirm within 1 business day whether management is likely to consider it.

The agency sets the artist's fee based on their schedule, demand, and the event's specifics. Travel, production, visas, and local taxes are added on top. We do not publish fees — each event is quoted individually. Submit your budget in the brief. It does not need to be exact; we use it to gauge fit and give you feedback. If you don't have a budget yet, you can leave it blank and we'll ask you to confirm it fits once we have the agency's terms.

Can I contact the agency directly, and why use a broker?

Yes. We are an independent booking agency, not affiliated with the agencies or artists we contact. We handle language, time zones and paperwork, and send the agency a complete brief it can answer.

You can contact Korean agencies directly, especially if you speak Korean or already have contacts there. What we add: we send the agency a complete brief in Korean, coordinate across time zones, follow up on your behalf, and help with the paperwork through to contract. Asking us is free.

Can I book multiple artists for one event or festival?

Yes. Send a brief naming all the artists or types you want, and we contact the relevant agencies. Each artist's availability and terms are checked separately.

You can book several K-pop artists for a festival or multi-act event. In your brief, list the artists you have in mind or the genres and group types you want (boy groups, girl groups, solo singers, etc.). We send formal inquiries to each artist's agency. Each responds independently with their own terms and availability. This lets you compare offers and mix artists the way you want. Festivals often book across multiple agencies this way.

What should I include in my event brief?

Event type, date (or date range), country, and the artists or artist type you want. City, audience size and budget help if you know them; leave blank what you don't know yet.

Tell us the type of event (concert, festival, corporate, brand, university and so on), the date or date range, the country, and the artist or artist type you want (boy group, girl group, solo and so on). If you know them, add the city, expected audience size and budget; if not, leave them blank and we will ask. A link to a past event you organized helps. Anything else that matters, such as timing, stage specs or audience age, goes in the notes. We reply within 1 business day.
