This policy explains how kpopagency.net handles personal data under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
What we collect
Your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp, LINE ID (if given), company name and website, and the event details you send. We also store the date and version of your consent, the page and campaign that brought you to us, and a one-way hash of your IP address for spam protection. We do not store your IP address itself.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, check the organizer, ask artists' agencies about your event, and prepare offers and contracts. News emails are sent only if you ticked the separate box.
How long we keep it
For 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, contract and payment records).
Transfer outside Korea
We use the following services, which store or process your data outside Korea:

What we share with artists' agencies
When we make an official inquiry, we send only your organization's name, the event details and the budget. We do not give agencies your personal contact details.
Asking us to delete your data
Email us from the address you used and ask for deletion. We replace your name, email and phone with anonymous values. We keep only the non-personal record of the deal (status, dates, amounts).
